Caulker
• Experience with commercial caulking and sealant applications
• Knowledge of waterproofing and expansion joint systems
• Ability to work safely at heights and on lifts
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required

Concrete Professional
• Experience with concrete repair, restoration, and finishing
• Ability to read project specifications and follow safety standards
• Skilled with commercial construction tools and equipment
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Brick & Masonry Professional
• Experience with brick repair, block work, tuckpointing, and masonry restoration
• Ability to identify structural and water intrusion issues
• Knowledge of commercial restoration techniques preferred
• Must be reliable and committed to quality craftsmanship
